By placing an order with us you are agreeing to accept the following terms and conditions.

General

All of our online services rendered through the houseofcb.com website are provided by Sirens Design Limited [SIRENS], which is a private limited liability company, incorporated under the laws of The United Kingdom (Company number 9103506), having its registered address at 132-133 The Street Montfichet Road, London, E20 1EN.

You must be 18 years old or older to use this site.

You warrant that all details you provide to www.houseofcb.com for the purchasing of goods are true, accurate, current and complete. That the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are funds in the account to cover payment of the products ordered.

You may contact us at hello@houseofcb.com and you agree that e-mail can be used as a long distance means of communication

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

A contract is formed between you and www.houseofcb.com when the goods are despatched to you following your order. Until the goods are despatched the order may be cancelled without prior notice to you.

Price

The price for each item offered on this website comprises two parts:
- The sale price of the item from the supplier including shipping costs and the service charge payable to www.houseofcb.com for facilitating the suppliers sale of the item to you.
- The charge for the use and maintenance for the website, server and e-commerce.

Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard (debit and credit). We also accept payments through Apple Pay.

www.houseofcb.com is authorised by the supplier of the item(s) you have purchased to collect payment, on their behalf, of the price of the goods from you.

Delivery

We ship to every country in the world.

Standard shipping is free to the United Kingdom, Australia, the United States of America and some countries in Europe. All shipping costs can be calculated here:

Shipping times vary depending on each country and where the stock is located. The standard shipping time is 2-3 working days but sometimes it can take up to 6-8 working days. The estimated time of delivery of each order is calculated at checkout.

We offer Next Working Day Delivery in the UK. It costs GBP5.99 and it´s subject to stock availability.

We offer Next Saturday Delivery in the UK. It costs GBP10.00 and it´s subject to stock availability.

We are unable to deliver to PO BOX, BFPO/APO or any Forces addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase but if you are not, we are more than happy to accept your return. All returned items must be unworn, unused, unmarked and in the original condition with all the original tags and security strap attached. Returns must be shipped back to us within 28 days from receiving your order.

Regular sale items can only be returned for an exchange or Gift Card refund. 3 for USD $240 or USD $68 sale items are non-returnable, therefore these cannot be accepted back for a refund or an exchange. Any other item that is marked as non-returnable (ie: undearwear) cannot be accepted back for a refund or an exchange.

The items should be returned to us via your local postal service (Royal Mail/USPS etc.) at your expense.

The goods are your responsibility until they are returned to us. Please ensure that you package your return to prevent any damage occurring to the item and use a “tracked” service.

All goods will be inspected on their return and provided you have complied with the above your refund will be made within 5 days of us receiving your return and in the case of exchanges we will deliver to you an alternative item free of charge but any further exchanges will be subject to a delivery charge.

Exchanges
Once we receive your return all goods will be inspected and provided you have complied with our returns’ conditions; we will process your exchange. Any price difference on your favour will be refunded back to your original method. If you need to balance a price difference as your exchange item has a higher price you will be requested to purchase a Gift Card for the amount of the price difference. Exchanges can take 2-3 days to be processed prior being despatch.

Refunds
Once we receive your return all goods will be inspected and provided you have complied with our returns’ conditions; we will process your refund. Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Regular sale items can only be refunded through a Gift Card to use on our website.

Undelivered orders
If you reject delivery by the courier it will be returned back to us will incur into extra shipping costs at your expense. If you don´t want your order, please accept your delivery and return it to us following our returns’ conditions.
If you can’t receive your order on the first attempt of delivery, don’t worry. Couriers will attempt delivery 3 times before returning it back to us. Couriers will contact you to let you know. If your order is returned back as it’s been undelivered it may incur in extra shipping costs at your expense. Please use a shipping address where there is someone to receive your order.

Privacy Policy

We do not intend to store or currently store your financial details.

We do not pass on your credit or debit card details to third parties.

We will not sell, share, trade or give away any personal information that we have received regarding our customers.

We collect the domain name or e-mail addresses of visitors to our site and aggregate information on what pages visitors access. We use this information to monitor the use of the site and to improve its performance and usefulness. We also collect information you volunteer such as giveaways, pre-access to our releases, survey responses, comments, purchasing and billing information, and your requests.

By using our website you consent to the collation and use of this information. If we decide to change our privacy policy we will post these changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.

Liability

We do not accept any liability for any error contained in our website and reserve the right to change information and descriptions of listed goods without notice.

If an error is discovered in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to sell you that item for the incorrect price. The order will be cancelled and you will be refunded the full amount paid. You may then re-order the item for the correct price if you wish.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which are damaged or defective we will inspect the item and determine if we can refund the full amount paid, supply you with a replacement item or repair the item, provided that:-

  1. You notify us of the defect by email as soon as you notice it.
  2. The defect is a manufacturing fault and not a consequence of misuse of the item.
  3. You then return the damaged/defective goods to us to the address specified in our e-mail in response within 7 working days of receipt of that e-mail; and
  4. The items returned are unworn, unused, un marked and in their original condition with all the original tags and security tape/strap still attached; and
  5. All packaging is returned to us including any box in the case of shoes.

In the event that we are satisfied that the goods were damaged or defective we will refund you the reasonable cost of returning the goods to us.

We have taken every measure to provide accurate product information however, due to a number of different Internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts etc. we cannot be liable for any difference in the colour between the image and the item delivered to you.

We will not be liable, in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic losses or loss of goodwill or reputation or any special or indirect losses suffered or incurred.

In accessing this website you may only download content for your own individual use and you are not permitted to copy, broadcast, store, or play in public, adapt, change or alter the content for any other purpose whatsoever without the prior written permission of www.houseofcb.com.

Severability

If any of these terms and conditions is held by a court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions which will continue to be valid and enforceable.

Each party acknowledges that, in entering into this agreement, they have not relied on, and shall have no right or remedy in respect of, any statement, representation, assurance or warranty (whether made negligently or innocently) other than as expressly set out in this agreement. These terms and conditions govern our relationship with you. Any changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.

Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom
