Social Media Content Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as our Social Medial Content Coordinator to drive high quality, interactive content across social platforms. Developing and implementing our content strategy through photo and video, across our channels to get the word out about our brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in social media and marketing and the ability to plan and create compelling visual content across multiple channels.*You MUST submit a link to a social media page that you have curated or help curate* On offer is an extremely exciting opportunity for the right individual, to collaborate directly with the Marketing team in developing strategies for both organic and advertising content across social, digital, website and email marketing. If you are comfortable with creating a social media plan and create content on Instagram, TikTok, are keen to deepen your skills in high quality edited photo and video production, and are open to a varied role (never boring) - then we would love to hear from you!


  • Create the content strategy across all channels, leading meetings with the team to develop creative briefs that help build awareness for the brand, attract attention of different audiences and also drive sales.
  • Responsible of the production and distribution of photography and videography across these channels - mainly Instagram and Tiktok. You must be comfortable in producing and editing both photo and videos on each platform.
  • Be aware of trends in social media, fashion, lifestyle/pop culture, and appropriately apply that knowledge to create viral content.
  • Assist with flat lays, product photos, and "behind the scenes" visual content.
  • Create a content calendar for social media
As part of the above focusses, your key responsibilities within your new role will be as follows:
  • Use your creativity to develop fun, interesting and engaging photo and video content, relevant to our followers and the platforms we are reaching them on.
  • Proactively support all elements of live & filmed videography
  • Develop your expertise via a test and learn approach of what types of content drive core KPIs across each of our Social Media Channels – Twitter, Instagram, TikTok & YouTube.
  • Provide a full suite of images/videos/GIFs to support our Paid Social Media activity per promo period.
  • Work with other departments to develop Social Media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns or other brand messages.
  • Communicate regularly with key internal stakeholders, ensuring Social Media photography & videography activity co-ordinates with media messaging business wide.
  • Monitor key industry developments & competitor activity within the Social Media landscape, reporting relevant news to the wider Social Media Team.
  • Communicate issues, opportunities and insight to various areas of the business as necessary.
  • Act as an advocate for the company, the brand and our customers through the use of Social Media.

  • Experience in a professional work setting creating the photography and videography for both organic and paid via Social Media specific to the following platforms Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube.
  • Ability to build light sets, operate cameras, use audio equipment, and manage all physical elements of creating photography and videography for a national brand.
  • Experience using photography and videography editing tools such as Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Mac OS and others. Ability to shoot within the wide range of parameters required to deliver optimized content per Social Media channel i.e. vertical video, square video, Lives,etc.
  • Experience working in fashion or other creative environments preferred.
