House of CB is a global fashion brand celebrated for its empowering, feminine designs and statement-making silhouettes. With a cult following built through powerful visuals, trend-defining campaigns, and a bold social media presence, we’re continuing to grow our team with people who share our passion for fashion, creativity, and excellence.
We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to take ownership of House of CB’s performance marketing across Google and Meta, driving efficient, scalable growth across our key markets.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Sitting within our Marketing team, you’ll own the day-to-day management of paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). You’ll execute against an agreed budget and clear performance targets, optimising campaigns to deliver against ROAS, CAC, and revenue goals. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives in the platforms and knows how to turn spend into measurable, profitable growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, build, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta in line with the agreed budget and KPIs.
- Execute and optimise campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Meta’s advantage-based campaign types.
- Monitor performance daily, making structured optimisations to bidding, targeting, creative, and budget allocation.
- Partner with the Creative team to brief, test, and refresh ad creative across both platforms.
- Track and report on key performance metrics — ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR — and turn insight into action.
- Collaborate with E-Commerce, CRM, and Brand teams to align paid activity with launches, campaigns, and trading priorities.
ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta.
- Strong track record of delivering ROAS-focused performance in fashion, beauty, or e-commerce.
- Deep platform knowledge across Google and Meta, including the latest campaign types and best practice.
- Highly analytical — confident with performance data, attribution, and reporting tools (e.g. GA4).
- Comfortable executing against a defined budget while flagging opportunities to scale or reallocate.
- Collaborative communicator who can work closely with Creative, E-Commerce, and Brand teams.
WHY JOIN US?
Be part of a global fashion brand with strong organic momentum and the ambition to scale paid efficiently across our key markets. You’ll have the autonomy to manage the channels end-to-end, the support of a talented Creative team, and the visibility to see your work directly drive growth.
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience.
